Television

        That TV is a big part of today’s human life is a fact known by everyone. Nowadays it is almost impossible to imagine a home without at least one television.

       TV is widely watched all over the world and Turkey as well. There are many TV programmes that are suitable for every age group and taste.

       Ever since it was brought to Turkey, it has been not only used more and more day by day but also increasing in channel number and improving in quality.

        Among TV programmes people have difficulty in choosing what to watch, but we dont! Because we know what is good enough to be watched and what is waste of time. We hate learning about celebrity’s life and unnecessarily sad life-stories as they are fake, and the TV series which has no benefit to us.

      On the other hand whenever we have time to spend for TV, we prefer watching the  latest films, interesting documentaries, daily news, talk shows, international competitions like Eurovision song contest, discussion programmes. A big majority has a tendency to watch every kind of sport programmes especially football matches.

    All in all, we prefer spending our limited time on what is good in quality. But unless we know where and when to stop we can sit infront of TV for hours without doing anything.

   To sum up, youngsters are conscious enough to choose among programmes appealing us most which is a very important ability to build up the brains of future.
